More men caring for aging parents

More men are caring for their aging parents, a new survey from the Alzheimer's Association suggests. Traditionally, women have been primary caregivers, both for their own elderly parents and for a husband's parents. But the survey found that 17 million American men are currently taking care of a parent either full-time or in conjunction with a partner. Experts warn that men tend to have fewer social contacts than women, which means they risk becoming isolated caregivers.  Read full story >
