Obama to send $15 billion for state Medicaid programs

President Barack Obama's economic stimulus plan includes $15 billion to help cash-strapped states cope with Medicaid payments to the poor. In a recent meeting with governors at the White House, Obama said his administration intends to distribute the funds within two days to help ease states' Medicaid burden.
