Wine fights Alzheimer's best if used daily

The polyphenols that may help prevent Alzheimer's disease work best if they're ingested daily, a new study has found. Researchers found that doses of red wine or grape juice had little effect on the brain if they were only taken occasionally. The study's authors say that this suggests that a glass of wine or grape juice per day may be the best method.  Read full story >
