Napping in the Afternoon May Make You Smarter

Taking a long nap in the afternoon appears to prepare the brain to remember things, a new study has found. Researchers also found that people's ability to learn falls about 10 percent between noon and 6 p.m. normally, but those who take these long naps were able to counterattack this decline.  Read full story >
