A Purpose-Filled Life May Stave Off Alzheimer's

Having a purpose in life may help ward off Alzheimer's disease, a new study suggests. Researchers found that people who said they had purpose and direction were the least likely to develop dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Experts say they're still studying the psychosocial factors that may influence Alzheimer's risk.
