Apple Juice May Help Alzheimer's Sufferers

Apple juice may help behavior in Alzheimer's patients, experts say. The study found that patients who drank two four-ounce glasses of apple juice per day did not show improvements in memory, but their moods improved by 27 percent on a common inventory. Experts say this study suggests that nutritional approaches to many Alzheimer's symptoms may have a positive impact on patients even at late stages of the disease.
