Diet May Help Prevent Cancer, Alzheimer's

Researchers at the University of Alabama say vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, green tea, kale, grapes, and many other vegetables help inhibit cancer and Alzheimer's. Compounds in these vegetables inhibit genetic changes that can lead to age-related diseases. Experts say the good news is that the epigenetics diet is easily adopted because the compounds needed for a good effect are easily achieved through foods.
