I think that performers make mistakes as they are human but they really pay for those mistakes because they are so public. It is bad enough she had to endure those moments but to have her flub be played over and over again for the world to see...I really feel for her. That is one incredibly difficult song to sing.
And from my own research into celebrities who have anxiety...it is probably far more common than we know for them to feel some stage fright. It seems only natural.
