I have been a very anxious person all my life.
The good part of it is, that I have being learning to manage it during my whole life.
As I have been getting older, I have learned to manage my anxiety a little better. It is important to accept ourselves as we really are, and confront our limitations wisely and with courage. If me accept that, it will affect you less.
But you must know your limitations, so you can be able to accept what you can accomplish.
