A friend needed money due to illness. I sent two hundred a month through the church for seven months. She had been on disability, but the state took her off. I don't know the reason. Her husband is still on it, is very disable and lots of work to take care of. After this long of time, I felt she might be back on disability due to her complaints of pain. I fainlly asked her if she had it returned. She didn't answer, even though I e-mailed her asking twice. then the church said they could no longer be usued to transfer the money due to autiting. I told her who had been sending her the money, and i needed to know if she was back on disability. She didn't answer, has takem me off her list. I need to know what to do. She won't anser my e-mails. The last one I wrote, I said maybe she thought someone really important in the church was helping her, and was she disapointed that it was just me, an average person. no anser. What do i do now to regain her freindship/
Hi +Earlanna,
I don't see why your friend would be upset about finding out that you were the one who was sending her money. Are you sure she's alright? Also, are you sure she received your emails? Can you call her?
If she is ok, not in the hospital or anything, and she did get your emails, I'm not sure what the problem could be. Maybe she thinks if she talks to you, you'll ask for the money back.
In any case, you've done a very generous thing and you should be proud of that.
