Thanks so much for this information. Lately there has been some discussions on anxiety triggers, why anxiety occurs and whether finding the "hidden" trigger can help to reduce anxiety. It is important to remember that sometimes anxiety is caused, not by an external or internal trigger but by certain circumstances, such as illness or medication.
