When I am stressed out and going through these attacks, I feel sick to my stomach. Sometimes I even throw up. Lately it's gotten so bad that I can't even eat. I'll actually go a day or two without eating because I'm so nervous and overwhelmed...sometimes I just eat because I HAVE to. I wish I could reach out for "comfort food"!
