I'm kinda going through the same thing!!! it happened about 4 days ago i found a lady dead at my workplace. I haven't slept since then..... and i have this constant fear now that i too am going to die. It's very scary. I went to the doctor and he gave me lexapro. Don't take it!! it's horriable and made me feel like a different person. Anyway it's great to know someone else is goingn thorugh the same thing.

I'm not so sure that you 'fear the dead' so much as you are experiencing the after-effects of the trauma. Post-traumatic issues are best dealt with by turning to professional help. Therefore my advice is to look for counseling expertise (accredited) in this area.
