Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 02:06 PMI'm kinda going through the same thing!!! it happened about 4 days ago i found a lady dead at my workplace. I haven't slept since then..... and i have this constant fear now that i too am going to die. It's very scary. I went to the doctor and he gave me lexapro. Don't take it!! it's horriable and made me feel like a different person. Anyway it's great to know someone else is goingn thorugh the same thing.

Thursday, August 30, 2007 at 10:40 AMI'm not so sure that you 'fear the dead' so much as you are experiencing the after-effects of the trauma. Post-traumatic issues are best dealt with by turning to professional help. Therefore my advice is to look for counseling expertise (accredited) in this area.
