My doctor id concidering putting me on clonopin and at some poiny increasing my antidepressant. I currently take 1mg.of xanax 3 times a day but find it makes me sleepy.
I try to only take the xanax in half doses in order to drive, but take more @ night because I have insomnia and awake btween 3-4:am. I find my self groggy thru the day and discussed it w/ my therapist She agrees that I should continue these meds until next appt.
