About Me

I have had bouts of depression most of my married life bur didn't realize it. While going thru divorce,laid off from a good job my parents passing 1 yr apart. Have been in and out of therapy since 2002 finally went back to therapy after my father passed. I had to settle the estate and reliving the things he did to my sister& me have taken it's toll i needed help to keep my job and lost any way due to the med changes and the good ole boys club @ a k-12 public school was bullied out when 'i was at my lowest and just started a ne med... I try to create a serene atmosphere for my safe haven my home. I draw and take photos, bird feeding /watching. Flowers plants. All these things relax and help me focus on things I enjoy. I take every day one at a time. Have my good & bad days. Always researching the anxiety, depression, PTSD that I struggle with and some days are better then others
