Some people with anxiety, although not diagnosed with OCD, may show some tendencies towards obsessive compulsive tendencies. For example, a person with anxiety may feel better if their "things" are in order, and may not be able to relax unless everything is put away. Although it may not be enough to warrant a diagnosis, these types of thoughts may interfere or create additional anxiety.
