your  right about forgetting  if you took your  pill or not . sometimes i used to have to write it down . i have the 7 day pill  box which has helped alot .i used to take ambien   for sleeping .but, stopped taking it . now i've been taking atarax 25 mg . but, i'm taking it under my doctors care  . is it safe to take long term ? i get confused i think from all the medication i'm on . i take xanax and prozac and now my dr. added 75mgs  of welbutrin . then she will increase it to 150mgs if i can tolerate it .i was hoping to get off prozac cause,not only did it stp working for like it used too .  i've  gained 30lbs. in a yr. don't exercise can't get my self moving . no energy & alot of aches & pains .i sleep  alot from the meds & depression .this is only the 2nd  week of welbutrin . i know i have to wait atlest 4 weeks for any inprovement .what do you think of the herbal vitamin valerian ? thanks silverfox 46Kiss

Thanks for your comment. I am glad the 7 day sorter is helping you. It is scary to forget medication, especially if it is something that must be taken.

 

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Valerian and would not be able to offer an opinion on this. If you do decide to take it, please speak with your physician first. Because herbal supplements can have side effects and can interfere with other  medications you are taking, it is important for your doctor to be aware of all medications you are taking, including prescription, over-the-counter, vitamins and herbal supplements.
