Question of the Week: Does your stress and anxiety levels impact your feelings of depression?

Researchers at the University of Western Ontario have reported that they have found a connection in our brains linking stress and anxiety to depression and feel this discovery will lead to better treatments. According to the researchers, stress and anxiety can lead to or increase symptoms of depression. By finding the link in the brain, and being able to disrupt that link, depressive symptoms should be able to be reduced.
