Exercise, espeacially exercise which is aerobic and involves the arms works as well as zanax. Although it is so much easier to pop a zaxax aerobic exercise(schwinn airdyne) armbike works great! It helps me to feel a semblance of inner calm almost as if the adrenaline has gone away!!!!

YES!!!!I,FOR ONE, ALWAYS WANT THE EASIER/SOFTER WAY. RECENTLY MY ANXIETY GOT OUT OF CONTROL AND I HAD TO GO ON ATENOLOL(A BETA-BLOCKER). BUT I'M HOPING THAT 30-60 MINUTES OF AEROBIC TYPE EXERCISE AND NOT EATING UNHEALTHY FOOD AND GETTING PLENTY OF FRESH AIR WILL LET ME FEEL A LITTLE CALMER. I KNOW ,BEING FROM A LONG LINE OF NERVOUS NELLIES, THAT I WILL NEVER FEEL COMPLETELY RELAXED BUT IF I CAN TAKE THE TENSION DOWN 50% OR BETTER I WILL BE HAPPY!!!!
