What else can someone ask to take if Cymbalta isn't helping the anxiety, but needs to still be on Cymbalta for Fibromyalgia?

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to answer your question. This is something you would need to speak with your physician about. There are many different medications available for anxiety, however, based on your individual medical history and other medications, you would need to work closely with your doctor to find something that would not cause interactions.

I was on Cymbalta while i was pregnant with my almost two year old son, he has a physical developemental delay and as of right now the doctors cant seem to find a cause for it. I was wondering if maybe my taking cymbalta could be the cause of this delay? Also is there a list of all the known birth defects for cymbalta and if so where can i go to find the current list of these defects?

Thank you for your time,

Jessica B

According to the prescribing information for Cymbalta: "Pregnant Women - There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women; therefore, Cymbalta should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus."
