This is a new feature we are starting here at AnxietyConnection.com.

In an effort to learn more about one another and share experiences, I will be posing a question each week to our members. Let's really reach out and share with one another how anxiety impacts our lives and what we have found to be of benefit. So, with that in mind, this week's question is:

Does Your Anxiety Get Better or Worsen with the Change of Season?

For example, during the summer months when you are outside more, the sun is shining and you may exercise more (mowing lawns, gardening, swimming), do you find your anxiety is lessened?

Let me know your thoughts. I look forward to hearing from everyone.
