    In this age of high technology I think people have lost the beauty and nobless of writing.

    So to answer your question when I exercise my worrys with a pen they become palpable (out of my head) and on to paper.

     

    I found that by doing so things become more in pespective hence lest of a load, at first I didnt find it easy to do...but I would suggest to just start writing about anything that comes to mind, it doesnt have to be pretty with no faults just write, soon at least for me I found roots of my anxietys by doing so.
