As we all know, one of the symptoms of anxiety is chronic worrying. So my question this week is:
What Are You Worried About, Right Now?
Maybe by taking the time to write out your worry, it will seem less significant and you can move past the worrying and find solutions to your problems. Sometimes, it is the act of worrying that stands in the way of finding a solution.
