      <description>I have a chronic anxiety to "fall&amp;nbsp; asleep". Toss and turn,&amp;nbsp; sleeping only at 3AM or even later.
Tried AMBIEN - worked very well but doctor said could not use it long-term.
Started a benzodiazepine called VALIUM (or maybe&amp;nbsp; called LORAX also) which helps a lot
if taken around 9-10 PM ---will let me fall asleep around 1 AM.
&amp;nbsp;
BUT have incurred serious memory loss. Can't remember names (movies,books)and lately situation has...</description>
