I'm creative, technical - work as a technologist for an aerospace company. Happily married, reserved and always trying to fix things - my car, the screen door, ME!
I was recently dianosed by my MD with GAD and it is severe and threatening to completely disrupt my life and job. I am very depressed as well and have recently had a very bad experience with prescribed antidepressents. I am searching for options and information.
