    It seems the biggest problem for myself and others is "allowing" those feelings to be there or happen. I read your book and many other including Claire Weekes and although I understand it, I am still having a hard time. It seems I have to continually face the same fears over and over and if there is a fear that I dont face often, its like I have to start from scratch everytime.  I have ben practicing CBT at home for almost 2 years now but it seems I havent made any progress at all with my "generalized" anxiety and nervousness.. Any suggestions?
