Grandson has big problem

My grandson has the worst problem this year. He is 13 and in a new middle school. Prior years he has been in trouble in school but this year he is now afraid to go to the new school. He talks of suicide if he is made to go. My daughter has had him to the er. He is in counseling but refuses to speak, and is waiting for a psychiatrist appt in a week. He is back on Prozac which he was on before when he had problems in his last school. Those went away once he made friends. Of course the wrong friends. Which is why he seemed to always get himself into some sort of trouble in school. He was eventually put into an alternative school which suited him fine and he made honor roll there. But circumstances led them to have to move to another state and he again is in another new school. He is very small for his age, is not outgoing, and worries about his mother when he is away from her. My second grandson is the complete opposite. Although he would love to sleep in every morning if he could, he goes to school and is an honor roll student. You would never know it either. He is loud and into everything. Cannot sit still. He is ADHD. He does not seem to worry as much about things.
I am hoping that my daughter can get the help she needs so badly soon for my eldest grandson as the county has told her that he must come to school and unless he does they could find her in contempt. She is trying so hard right now.
