Its been a really busy day. Took the car to the garage, went grocery shopping, bought gas in PA (we live 15 miles north of PA, the gas here is $3.75, gas in PA is 3.59.), went to the dentist, had a plumber out to fix my "fixed" toilet, swept the livingroom & puterroom floor, cleaned the stovetop, took the trash out.
OMG!! Reading that made me even more tired.
SEE? This is the reason why I need to SLOOWWW down!! If only I could. Multi-taskers and over thinkers, like me, have a really hard time slowing down.
This all started when I was told that I am not anxious, as least no clinical diagnosis of anxiety, and that I was asked what I did all day. SEE SECOND PARAGRAPH!! LOL!!
Oh I almost forgot I heated up some spaghetti sauce and dunked some freah Italian bread in it.
I am going to go lay down until the garage calls when the car is fixed.
Rest easy yall!! (you too David)

It sounds like you had a really productive day and got a lot done.
I know how frustrating it can be about the diagnosis. My 13 year old son probably has dyslexia. But when he was tested at school, it was for learning disabilities and he doesn't have dyslexia "bad enough" for it to be considered a learning disability because he does well in school. It doesn't matter that he works twice as hard, especially on reading and spelling, just that his level of possible dyslexia doesn't interfere with his ability to do well in school. Thankfully, the school he goes to has wonderful teachers and they have all been more than willing to work with me and not take off for things like spelling on tests and papers that aren't typed.
But this was to show sometimes we can have something, such as you being anxious, but the symptoms don't fit specifically with the criteria and so it isn't considered severe enough to be diagnosed.
Keep up your positive attitude and great work!
