Win or lose the lawyers are generally needed to handle an accident, etc., case. While you are waiting and paying for their services they are being paid hourly. The longer the cases remain in court the more money they make. If they settle a case it is all over and their billing accounting and this becomes a loss to many of them at that time.

Life and law is a game. The companies who supply the coverage to them it is also a business game. If what they can pay you was paid to you they no longer have that amount of money in their bank or accounting. Lawyers all have games and when they go into the court on a motion I have seen some lawyers appear on three motions the same day and time. This means tripple billing. Meaning they bill each of their clients (customers) the full amount. Nobody knows this in that they are alone on a motion that they raise or answer to. Don't feel bad they all do it!

If an insurer or liable party doesn't pay you money they make interest on the money that they hold onto for several years while paying billable monies to lawyers.

The worst scenario is that the Judge(s) you are involved with (probably many) may be one of the over 300-judges in the State of Georgia who have been determined to be criminal and making all kinds of BIG money by fixing cases before them or one with the other as the case may be. What happens to them? Nothing! They on ethical considerations are removed from the bench and go into a paid retirement which is for all Judges across the USA over $100,000.00 yearly plus benefits and so on. How would you like to find out that the Judges in your cases bent the other way towards the defendants clients? Not so good, I know!

So try to just relax  and hope for the best and always demand that you know in writing what your attorney is doing. Most of them are in the business for the money only as I found just in my first year of law school. They like doctors want to finish school so that they can make BIG money and to them the "name of the game." Game in that the outcome may not be always normal. I learned in my first year of law school from a criminal law school professor (who was a jerk) that the worst thing about being a lawyer is that you "win cases that you should have lost and lose cases that you should have won."

Life is not always fair and there is no single country of the world who can say that they are and/or always have been above board. When the USA ws occupied with those from England (once Great Britain) the first 13 presidents were appointed by the looser Kings and Queens of England substatively. The problems that England had with the blacks etc., they brought to those first presidents in the Amerian colonies who really didn't do much to help the Black-African. What England did to the Black Slaves (people) they their first presidents did to the Native American Indians. Nice Great Britain the "forefathers of our country." Sad but true!

HU in China is hard on Japan about what Japan did to the Chinese and Chinese girls during their war. HU does not hesitate to demand and get appologies from Japan (who willingly give it in that China is now greater economically than Japan (#2). One wrong turn by the USA China is #1. It is going that way and being permitted by both the Republicans and Democrats.

Relax, take it easy and have a good day and live the best that you can. This is what my family always said to me all the time!
