I am a 49 yr. old woman w/severe anxiety/panic disorder,and depression, I put myself in the hospital due to depression, I've been on aroller coaster of meds for 20 yrs. Was taking Xanax and celexa and trileptal, on Xanax for 20 yrs. At the hospital they stopped the Xanax cold turkey, kept celexa and trileptal and gave me vistaril, Ive been on vistaril for 4 weeks with no results now added buspar, not myself, have weird feelings, can't drive and as before have no interest in doing much of anything, will be seeing my phychiatrist on the 23rd. I want to go back on Xanax again at a lowered dose so I can have some normalcy in my life, I don't know what my Dr. will say, but I want to go back on Xanax, I don't know what to do!
