    Thanks so much for sharing this with us. It is so important to understand that we can control our negative and positive thoughts. It is hard and takes much practice.

     

    That is not to say that anxiety is not also a mental disorder and treatments such as medication and therapy do not also have their place.

    Well, thanks Eileen. Absolutely, anxiety is a very legitimate mental/emotional disorder that merits the consideration of a variety of treatments. Actually, this whole interpreaction/interpreversal business would be under the umbrella of a cognitive therapy.
