      <title>Newby - GAD &amp; OCD</title>
      <description>&amp;nbsp;
Hi, I have been suffering with anxiety for years. Treated by my primary on meds for the anxiety. Did not help much so I decided to see help. Diagnosed Monday with GAD and OCD.&amp;nbsp; Trying to be aware of triggers...finding I'm getting frustrated with myself when I see them. I guess its normal.&amp;nbsp; Look forward to sharing &amp;amp; talking with you. HBee
