I have lived with anxiety since i got out of the Navy in 1985 got diagnoised with high blood preesure, do have been taking high blood pressuure med. but nas' nt helped my nerves sometimes i am a wreck i have been told by my DR. to see a pycisyistris any recommenedations Thank you Craig...

Hi Craig,
I too have severe anxiety. I saw you are 50, living alone and your parents are supporting you- do they pay your expenses? I feel so bad because I my parents are helping me too and it's because the stress and anxiety are so bad and I have not yet gotten the help I need. Do you feel bad needing their help? I do.
