My Search for Happiness

I want to share my own experience in my search for happiness, living with social anxiety, and what has worked for me. Here are some of the practices I started to bring into my life in a process that has been going on for years.

 

-healthy lifestyle

-exercise

-eat healthy

-therapy

-medicine

-get a job that doesn’t requires much contact with people

-build a love relationship

-build a strong family relationship

-build relationships with people you feel comfortable with

-build a spiritual life

 

The above practices have permitted me to: 

-have my own place

-take care of myself

-pay my bills

-higher selfsteem 


I wanted to share my own testimony for those of you out there without hope. Yes it’s possible to have a GOOD LIFE, even though we have social difficulties.
