When to Seek Treatment for Emotional Distress Part 2: When Anxiety and Distress Persist
3/25/11 4:15am

I have been suffering from severe emotional pain for quite some time now, the only "real" way I have found to deal with it is smoking dope. I've gone to 3 diferent phychiatric dept. in 3 diferent medical hospital's in the minneapolis area, and I've come to the conclusion that the phycological science's are still in the stone age's, 1 had me come in once a week to talk to a social worker who truly didn't have a clue about my condition, 1 prescribed me medication in doses that were so small, the next phychiatrist I seen didn't know they had even made that medication in that small a dose, which pretty much sent me back to weed to deal with the pain. The point of this rant? I came to this website looking for a way or at least a minor exercise to deal with emotional distress, anxiety and depression, as I came in on an mmpi phycological evaluation as haveing a higher depression rating then 98% of the country. When we the suffering come to these website's, it's because the medical community we're dealing with in our area major'd in beer and broad's in colledge, and can't realy help us.
