I can't go to school

I've been off school for 3 weeks now. there's nothing wrong with me ugh don't want to go back i feel sick at the thought of it i have important exams in 2 months haven't studied and failing almost everything i can't talk to anyone there i get all nervous i think people are talking about me i hate the way i look so i don't like going out no one talks to me i don't have any friends at all i'm always so  paranoid  it has been like this for 2 years now nothing ever changes i've been waiting to go to a child mental health clinic for 9 months now i don't know what to say for me being off teachers will ask i've had loads of absencesFrown

Many people with SAD feel other people are staring at them, judging them or talking about them. They can find it difficult to make eye contact or even speak to other people.

 

It is important for you to talk with your parents about what you are experiencing and see a doctor. Even if you start with your family physician. Talk to your parents about setting up an appointment for you.
