    Hello Suffolk,

     

    I can honestly say that I have used denial and avoidance on certain issues that are just over whelming to me feeling hopeless,alone, and millions of thoughts racing thru- my mind.  Then there are times I feel strong enough to face them.

     

    This holiday weekend I am planning to get away and I need this to not think about all the bad things that swirl in my mind.  Happy 4th of July.  to all
