My son as OCD its hard not to tell him to stop even tough I know he wont...I need to find some help with this, his next appointment in is the begining of august, but me as a parent need coping skills I need to talk about it find people who have children that have ocd I admit that I feel isolated with this and frustrated by the fact that I have no power over it.

I understand how frustrating this is. Although my son did not have OCD, he did have ADHD and it is hard not to try to parent in the traditional ways. It was always a struggle to not correct him for ADHD behaviors in the same way as you would correct inappropriate behaviors.
You are right, you should have someone to talk with, parents who are going through the same types of situations. I do not know Canada, but there are some support groups for anxiety. You might be able to contact some of them and find out if they could refer you to somewhere in your area:

But I live in Québec none of the ''Canadien Groups'' are anywhere near me, but I did find some in Montreal Qc is a long drive from were I am but I'll manage, its a challenge being a parent of a tean in any circomstances, they go trough there phases wich is typical of a tean.
Havent got much time for myself lately and feeling tired some, need to be carefull I've got this tendency to take on everything at once like if I had to....I plead the fifth
