    Good Morning Suffolk,

     

    I read that also.  I came across on that indicated they only take xanax whe ngoing to the dentist.  My reply was that through info of the Nurse practitioner @ the menatal health clinic I go to informed me that xanax has a 1/2 life and should be taken as perscribed.  Although I do not always take my med as perscribed because as I told my therapist and the N.P. that I was conserned I may be gettin addicted to it....So she recommends clonopin which I know is much harder to get off from.  So I am going to stick w/ what I have for now, hoping they will just adjust my antidepressant instead.
