By Michel Friday, August 28, 2009

I WAS JUST PASSING TROUGH AND WENT IN THE ASK SECTION

WHEN GIVING A REPLY TO A PERSON YOU SHOULD BE VERY CAREFULL, I JUST READ ONE THE PERSON REPLIED THAT IT WAS OK TO TAKE MEDICATION THAT WAS OUT OF DATE (EXPIRED) CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT KIND OF REPERCUSION THIS COULD HAVE....

THIS SITE WAS NOT (INTENDED FOR GIVING OUT MEDICAL) ADVICE AS THE DANGERS ARE ALL TO OBVIOUS.

AND NO PHYSICIAN WOULD DO SUCH A THING ON THE WEB

BE AWARE  BE AWARE  BE AWARE

PS: not a physician. Perhaps the questions could be screened. I find your response offensive.

Good Morning Suffolk,

I read that also.  I came across on that indicated they only take xanax whe ngoing to the dentist.  My reply was that through info of the Nurse practitioner @ the menatal health clinic I go to informed me that xanax has a 1/2 life and should be taken as perscribed.  Although I do not always take my med as perscribed because as I told my therapist and the N.P. that I was conserned I may be gettin addicted to it....So she recommends clonopin which I know is much harder to get off from.  So I am going to stick w/ what I have for now, hoping they will just adjust my antidepressant instead.
