About Me

I was a addict for 27 years and hit rock bottom in 1997, did a therapy in a private clinic for six months. I am happy to report that I have been clean since ( and I mean clean as a whistle) but...I have been living with major anxiety issues to anyone outhere who think they are alone YOUR NOT its easy to get help up here in Canada with our medical system (free) I truly hope you find the help you need because I know for a fact that living with anxiety or depression can be a living hell.
