I am moving on to other things so this time it really will be my last post, its a shame that there is not much of interaction here on the site...I've tried my bes to do my part.
All that we see in the ask forum is questions on medication and not much on recovery.

I would like to thank everybody on the site especially you Eileen
No need to reply as I wont answer

Self Medication

I am really amaze by the number of people who self-medicate not with the illicit drugs but with what there physician as prescribe them.
Some will boost the posologie, others will keep ''left overs'' from a prescription or try the mediction of a friend or familly member.
This kind of attitude is VERY DANGEROUS
Never take another person medication
Never take more then prescribe without consulting your physician first
Do not throw away old...

Anchor of all anchors

I am sadden
The world is a lesser place without Walter, here is a man who dedicated is life to his fellow man, he was a man of integrity, honnesty, compassionate, generous just to name a few.
The passion of his work transpired trough the screen, we could trust him if not love him (I did).
