Since alot of anxiety and other issues are so affected by our hormonal balances
and well being we wonem have to remind ourselves to take care of ourselves. We can not be much help to our loved ones if we are not in a good place ourselves. Remember to spend some quiet time taking care of you each day. Look yourself in your own eyes, YES I mean really look in the mirror deep into your own eyes and tell yourself out loud each night, I am a worhy person, I deserve love, and deserve to give love. I am proud of the things I accomplished today. It will feel sort of silly and mabey a little weird at first, but try it! I think you just might be surprised how good it can make you feel
