And even though I make it clear that you are one of many - addressing your own stress and anxiety is really important. I've started to "screen my news' meaning i only give myself small doses daily; I am making "me time" even if it is a small amount of time - a part of my day; I am being resourceful in looking for ways to budget and most of all i try and celebrate the happy moment so f the day.
