Hi Amy !

Long time no see

Money factors causes all kinds of issues, in these times most of these are not welcome in our life, like you said exercise is a must no need for super gyms with all the gadgets hey how long as it been since we rode our bike (I ride my horse) I cheat ; )

But really there is stress breakers that one can find just get your mind to it, and get dirty by having a community garden the kids can participate and you get the good feeling of growing your own, while gardening its easy to get your mind of things.

I dont know about tea tough there much cafeine in tea, in the evening I like camomille with some honey great stuff and it does relaxes you before going to bed.

With spring finally here why not go fishing and stak-up for the winter to come (I do)

In my view this is a great time to get back to the outdoors it always as the same effect on me even after all these years (I live in the country) granted that winter is hard but as soon as spring comes around my spirits go up.

Soon wil be able to gather wild flowers and dry them like lavender and muguet to put in with our clothes, wild fruits are great some of the best jelly comes from them ( I have a thing for mure).

Be Well
