I just read your post about undiagnosed illness. I believe I have one or more of those. I can not determine why I keep feeling very weak and unsteady. I feel like if I don't hold on something bad will happen. Is this anxiety or magnified by anxiety? Yesterday I ruled out the heart as the culprit with my final heart test(stress test) I don't have diabetes. I do have a very bad lower back(disk disease) and this could be contributing to the problem. I think that if I solve the back problem.if that is possible, maybe that will clear the air to see if the weakness remains the same. What do you think?

You might also benefit from arranging a consult with a therapist who works with individuals suffering with chronic pain, which is associated with both depression and anxiety.  You can do this at the same time you investigate treatment options.  A dual approach may be just what you need to head off further anxiety.
