You haven't indicated whether or not you have received any treatment for your panic attacks. Certainly your anxiety is interfering with your ability to develop relationships. That must be very difficult for you.
Some people find help with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
There are also medications that may help with anxiety and panic attacks.
In addition, there is information on the site for dealing with social anxiety. You may find some of this useful:
