    Thanks for sharing this information with us. It is so true that foods can impact how we feel and that, when feeling stressed, we will reach for certain foods in an effort to make ourselves feel better. Unfortunately, we don't reach for the healthy foods but for foods that may be high in fat or high in sugar. Although these foods may provide a quick fix, they end up making us feel guilty and more stressed later.
