I have two family members who have gone through issues with anxiety in the last few years, both seeming to stem from stress. However, they were both able to work through their anxiety to manage it day to day, with the help and support of their family. It is possible to come out the other side stronger, but it's important to know when to ask for help from your loved ones.


Pete, thanks for sharing this positive outcome. I agee that it's important to ask for help when we are suffering, whether we get that help from family, a doctor, therapist or support group.
