These last weeks I went trough a symphony of emotions some good some bad, and had hardly any time for myself, me who was used to live alone for the last ten years or so, now that I'm not I realize that its a reality check giving the fact that I am now a solo parent with a son that as ocd. I got mad...

Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better. As the parent of a son with special needs, I know how difficult it can be at times. Making sure he received medical care, love, understanding, help with schoolwork, not to mention all the daily needs could be time consuming, sometimes all consuming and could zap all the energy from you. I know how important it is to have a little time for yourself, but how there are times when it seems this is a luxury rather than an essential in daily life.  But it is essential and taking time for yourself really does help you better care for your child in the long run. It is important to reenergize yourself.

Hopefully, with your son back in school you will continue to find that little down time to care for your emotional needs.
